In Argentina, the situation is complex because vaccination is mandatory. And luckily, we have a comprehensive vaccination schedule. Parents don't have the power to decide whether or not to vaccinate their children. If they decide not to vaccinate them, a legal process must basically be set up and they must be forced to do so by the police.
