What can I tell you? I'm an infectious disease specialist. There is no scientific evidence of sufficient quality to argue that vaccines are harmful after so many years. Furthermore, not getting vaccinated poses a danger to the public health of others.
As one of my professors used to say, "vaccines are flawed because their past success, well, nobody knows what it's like to see a child die of measles encephalitis or suffer the aftereffects of polio these days".
We forget, and that makes us all a little foolish sometimes. We can certainly debate some issues regarding vaccines, but denying their success is like denying the success of clean drinking water.
