🚨Speaker Announcement🚨
Emmanuel Kufre is a freelance software developer and Computer Science student at the University of Uyo in Akwa Ibom, Nigeria.
Originally from Akwa Ibom and raised in the historic city of Benin, Edo State, he is deeply passionate about solving real-world problems through code.
His journey gained momentum after winning his first hackathon at ABC24, an experience that inspired him to co-found BlinkDeFi (
http://tryblinkdefi.com), a startup dedicated to simplifying cross-border payments for freelancers across Africa.
Currently Emmanuel co-organizes a monthly Bitcoin developers’ event in his home state, sponsored by BTrust, while actively contributing to BlinkDeFi and other projects within the Bitcoin ecosystem.
A strong advocate for freedom of expression and ownership, he views Bitcoin as a transformative technology with immense potential for the African continent.
When not coding, Emmanuel enjoys playing tennis and working out to stay active.
