Primal publishes all your content directly to your relay list, per the NIP-65 standard. Simply go to Settings / Network and set the relays you wish to publish to.
Please confirm if that worked for you ostermayer (nprofile…dyyq) and Byzantine (nprofile…wtqv). If it didn't, please specify which Primal app you are using (iOS / android / web) and which version you are on.
