The issue you describe is i assume on primal? That is because primal is not a real nostr client and those fuckers are slow to fix that because....i dont know they have (wrong) ideas about stuff 🙄
Primal does not connect with relays to fetch stuff, it connects to a (well their) "cashing server", so if stuff is not on there you dont see it. When you post things it does connect to relays however
