idk how zapstore works but i am pretty sure nostr keys cannot be used as android signing key. i assume nostr keys are used to sign the message which contains app hash and/or android signing key (ie tie the app and/or app signing key with nostr identity), then it is possible to keep the same signing key for the app regardless of the store.
