To be more clear, what you are talking about is a situational evil, not a systemic one.

There are countless of these examples to pull from, but they require individual response, they are core to the structure of what is being done. We could spend every day for the rest of our lives focused on one off failures of govt like this (which wouldn’t be a wasted life mind you) and never even catch up to dealing with all of the immediately present problems today, let alone the millions more that will arise every year forever.

But what we are talking about that the daycare thing has shone a light on, is a vast, systemic network of fraud that totals in the trillions. A literal institution of fakery designed to rot the country from the inside out by draining it of resources to fund its own destruction. This is of a wholly different category and scope of problem than the situation you bring up.
