🧡 This is exactly why I started my Substack called Bitcoin Does Good (originally Bitcoin Is For Everyone). People constantly argue about ideologies in the community, for better or worse, and defend Bitciin with religious zeal.
If I'm honest, I do the same thing... but I think it's important to document the ways it is working in practice *today*, by people who perhaps don't care as much about the ideals, but find that it just solves problems for them. This is important because it's how most adoption happens. If a shopkeeper doesn't particularly care about freedom, Bitcoin As Freedom Coin will fall on deaf ears. Bring down fees from 3% to 1% though? That's a new Bitcoiner.
