My hope is people here who also use X or other places like that, will share their "invitation" on joinnostr.com to their following, they will be able to see who actually signed up from it and follow them back, and the people who sign up can follow the person who refered them.
It adds a bit of trust, if you trust the person sharing.

JoinNostr will have a feature where anyone can share a referral to join Nostr with friends, family, or social media.
Users who land on a referral link will be greeted with who refered them:

Into a browser then drop your npub at the end after the = sign, app will render your npub and inform all who click that you invited them to join Nostr, they will be given the chance to follow you when they create their Nostr key pair.

joinnostr.com is for sharing the gift of Nostr, with a friend!
Early beta out now, walks you through basics of what Nostr is, creates a key pair for you.
Currently, it defaults to recommending one follow pack of people to follow, if user likes they can follow all, or only some.
In the future I am wanting to add multiple packs for different interests and showcase more great plebs!
You can share this with your friends now, but there's a few bugs that will be fixed soon, and more cool features!

This spammer has dedicated his entire life the last 3 months to just spamming me.
"Kill yourself Uno" "Uber delivery loser" "Pedophile"
Lots of nasty stuff, repeatedly, daily almost for over three month.
Reason, because I busted his scam he was running scamming people into donating to a kid that doesn't exist.
But I honestly don't care much anymore, but I do feel bad that this guy has such a sorry and pathetic life.
Because when you get down to it, in my main client I don't see it anyways, do it's not affecting me too much, and my friends already know he's just a spammer, and what he says has no truth, so it isn't hurting my reputation.
The only thing he is hurting is himself, time is precious, you never know how much time you have left, and he's wasting us away scamming and calling strangers on the internet names.
What a lost and sad soul.
Use your time wisely Frens, do something you love, and don't worry about what others do or say too much.

I am working on a client only for polls, so people can create and share polls and people can vote.
This can have a lot of use cases, for many different things.
My question for the community is:
Should it be zap based polls, or regular ones?
