It’s called a trademark. There is no registered trademark so nothing can be done.
Movies fall under copyright which does not need registration. Hell, you can right now send DMCA requests to relays if someone reposts your content with meaningful copyrightable value like an article.

Nostr.land aggregates notes from many relays and pushes your posts to many relays. It’s a paid relay but it should speed up your experience a lot and increase your visibility.

yeah I have been using it for a while, amazing lib
I guess I may be weird but sometimes I want stacktraces + KV pairs on my errors... since it is DB code, I need especially to store things like "which key caused the error" or "what value was invalid" to be used in reporting
one thing that I think more people should know is that debug.Stack does a global lock and you should instead use runtime.Callers and resolve on demand

the biggest giveaway is the structure.
usually in any type of labeling system, you use enums which can have a fixed set of values, and are usually represented like SCREAMING_SNAKE_CASE or camelCase etc, not freeform text.
and no one does Naming_Of_Fields_Like_This, only_like_this, orLikeThis, OR_LIKE_THIS, VeryRarelyLikeThisIfYouUseGolang. And certainly not "content descriptions" like an LLM synthesizes, but categories like say
"Finance & Investing"

Your proposal to slow down writing speed is too extreme I think, as I feel that the speed wouldn’t impact the memorability too much.
I even find that with some finickier pens, I spend more time trying to write the thing than actually processing it, and your experience becomes “how do I get this pen to work”
I made that post to see if anyone had much interesting but appears not. I can share my personal suggestions if you prefer.

Yes, people can and have made bots that pretend to be useful that they then abuse to make spambots bypass WoT.
There alsl are WoT algos that use personal mutes and reports (which can be abused; for example Calle trying to silence Cashu critics) to automatically hide content

Or, even simpler, it is similar to this:
You want to talk to John Doe on Nostr. The problem is anyone can pretend to be John.
So, someone says "I will check your ID that you are John Doe, and I will give you a badge that I checked".
Your client implements a list of trusted checkers, and when you search for John Doe, only the verified npub appears. The others get a big scary warning "This may not be John Doe".
The client only trusts checkers that adhere to a given standard and have reputation, to prevent bad actors from being able to issue fake badges for anyone.
This is how HTTPS works but instead of npubs it is servers' public/private keypairs, and instead of people it is domain names, and badges are certificates

For the last part, I'd say it's more like this:
The server needs a public/private key pair to set up the key exchange for HTTPS.
Before DNSSEC+DANE (which no one implements... ugh), there was no secure way to know if a public key of a server is really that server, or a malicious actor in the middle pretending to be them.
So, certificate authorities (CA) were created, which try to do secure checking of you owning the domain name before giving you a certificate saying "This public key is trusted for this domain".
And your OS vendor trusts a certain set of CAs that they know is good and reliable, but not just anyone, because any trusted CA could spoof any website they want, like google.com.
With newer CAs like Let's Encrypt the ownership checking is automated and they check your DNS from multiple random points on the internet to ensure there is no one tampering.

people can be uniquely recognized and you can’t really create 2nd identities, but on nostr “trust” does not exist and has a lower bar, fake content can be automated, and identities are free
